I'm an Associate Professor of Strategy, and co-chair of the Strategy department, at HEC Paris. My research interests include understanding the drivers and impacts of strategy and performance in human capital intensive firms that relate to firms' professional workforce and client relationships. More generally, I am interested in topics related to strategic human capital, employee mobility, demand-side strategy, and relational market ties. I serve on the editorial review board for Strategic Management Journal and Academy of Management Discoveries.
